Now that Omicron is active in the Waikato and in the Cambridge community, the Team here at Green Mouse is taking steps to ensure continuity of service to our valued clients. Our strategy is to split up our staff to avoid becoming close contacts of each other if anyone is exposed to Covid. Most of the team are working from home and the office will be manned by just one team member at a time. What this means for service is that we will carry out as much work as we can remotely (Download Team Viewer here for remote assistance). If your job requires that we have your computer at the office, please call or email first to book it in so we can ensure that the right technician for your job is on site that day. If you need us to come onsite we can still do so, as long as you have a vaccine pass (Green Mouse staff are all vaccinated, see our full Covid Policy on our website).
